Pete joined the Siloam team as Director alongside David in 2012, after running his own building and landscaping business for several years. Having worked in construction the majority of his life, he has brought a wealth of knowledge to Siloam and is now responsible for ‘all things building’ within the company.
With an honest and experienced approach Pete will often be found working on site with the Siloam team and along side the customer ensuring everything is going to plan.
In addition he has a level 4 qualification in site management and is also a member of the CIOB.

David founded Siloam in 1997, originally as a consultancy business. He is essentially responsible for evolving Siloam into the successful construction company it is today.
David has a degree in civil engineering and has worked in the construction industry all his life, giving him years of knowledge and expertise.
He is often found working away behind the scenes, on the computer, keeping all the cogs turning.
Hannah Felgate

Hannah joined the Siloam team alongside Pete in 2012. Hannah is married to Pete and together they have two children.
It is often said “behind every great man is an even greater woman" this is definitely the case with this pairing. Hannah supports Pete in his role as well as making sure all the company administration is up to date with our employees and our subcontractors.
Bridget Payne
Once again Bridget falls into the saying “behind every great man is and even greater woman. " Bridget is married to David and has supported him with the Siloam development having been by his side every step of the way. She is also responsible for Siloams book keeping and accounts, a role in which Bridget is second to none in.
Gareth Jones

Gareth joined the Siloam family in 2017 as our first Project Manager. Having previously worked for one of the best roofing companies in the area, for many years.
Gareth takes the lead in many of the external projects we work on. He brings a wealth of knowledge in construction, as well as being hard working, experienced and a great team leader.
Steve Graham

Steve joined the Siloam family in 2019, having worked with Siloam as a carpentry subcontractor for over 10 years, and after much persuasion decided to join the team full time.
Steve began his career as a joiner for a local company and soon set up his own carpentry business which he successfully ran for 17 years.
Steve brings a very high standard of work, attention to detail and plenty of experience of project management in both big and small builds.
